Get or Refresh JIRA Status
You can get or refresh the status of JIRA issues when using the JIRA v2.0 mApp Solution.
To get or refresh JIRA Status:
- In the CSM Desktop Client, select the Get/Refresh JIRA Status link or button.
On the form, you see a link displayed with the current status of the issue in JIRA. - Select the JIRA Status link to refresh the issue.
- The option to Change JIRA Status is now available if this functionality is enabled.
