Outlook Integration
GoldMine’s integration with Microsoft’s Outlook adds the contact message-linking and history tracking features in GoldMine's E-mail Center to Microsoft Outlook users. The installation also adds a GoldMine menu and toolbar to Outlook’s main window and a GoldMine Navigation panel to the standard Outlook Navigation pane.

NOTE: The GoldMine Outlook Integration must be configured before the integration is complete and ready to use. For more information, see Setup GoldMine Outlook Integration.
GoldMine’s Outlook Integration enhancements allow you to:
■ Configure settings.
■ Select from GoldMine Address Book when sending e-mail messages.
■ View GoldMine contact data while working in Outlook.
■ Manually link or automatically link messages to existing GoldMine Contact Records.
■ File linked messages to a folder in the GoldMine E-mail Center.
■ Unlink messages from GoldMine Contact Records.
■ Create a Contact Record
Standard unit of information in GoldMine that incorporates information, such as: name, company, phone, and address. It serves as the basis for all scheduled work, and acts as the central link between GoldMine’s Calendar and History by maintaining all past and pending events, related to the individual contact records in the GoldMine database. based on an Outlook message, and then link the selected e-mail.
