Setup GoldMine Outlook Integration

GoldMine’s Outlook Integration is only available if you have included the GoldMine Plus! For Microsoft Outlook components during installation.

TIP: If GoldMine Plus! For Microsoft Outlook was not included during installation, it can be installed using the Add or Remove Programs control panel in Windows, and then selecting Change for the GoldMine entry on the list. For more information, refer to the GoldMine Installation Guide PDF.

When you open Microsoft Outlook after installing GoldMine and GoldMine Plus! For Microsoft Outlook, you must complete the configuration between the two programs.

IMPORTANT: When using an Exchange environment with Outlook, Cached Exchange Mode must be enabled. Performance issues will occur if a copy of the mailbox is not saved to your computer. See Microsoft Knowledge Article Turn-on-or-off-Cached-Exchange-Mode or contact your IT or Exchange Administrator for more information.
