Navigating through the application

Neurons for ITSM has different workspace parts and elements, learn how to access it and on what other devices the ITSM application can be used.

There 2 types of views for ITSM depending on the license you have bought and the settings you have enabled.

•Classic view - Available to all legacy ITSM users prior to version 2024.3.

•New navigation - unified product experience - Available to users who have both Neurons and ITSM license.

To enable the feature flag

•Cloud users - raise a request to the Ivanti Support team.

•On-premises users - enable it from the ConfigDB. Refer to Switching to New navigation for more information.
