The Self Service Management Portal v3 offers a streamlined interface that lets users track service requests. Users with the Self Service role access FAQs, announcements, knowledge articles, and chat with the Support team.

Only users with administrator role can add and configure a workspace for a role.

The Self Service Management Portal v3 provides the following (out-of-the-box) OOTB workspaces:

My Items

Knowledge

Announcements

Only users with an Administrator role can add and Alerts and FAQs workspaces and enable to display them on the home page.

The mobile app logs you out after a period of inactivity, based on the SSO session timeout configuration.
