Deploying Software
After you've published HEAT PatchLink DeskTop Catalog
software, that software is listed in the new views that HEAT PatchLink DeskTop for System Center adds to
System Center Configuration Manager. From these views, you can deploy your 3rd-party software using the standard controls and workflows used for
typical SCCM deployments.
- All 3rd Party Software Update Bundles
This view lists all of the 3rd-party bundles published from the HEAT PatchLink DeskTop Catalog. It also lists any 3rd-party bundles published using System Center Updates Publisher.
- All Software Update Bundles
This view lists all of the published bundles available for deployment from the HEAT PatchLink DeskTop Catalog. It also lists the rest of the bundles available as well, regardless of whether they're from Microsoft or another 3rd-party catalog.
