Software assets
Use the Software Assets workspace to manually add software asset records in your environment. These records can help you keep track of the current level of entitlement, enabling you to make informed decisions about purchasing additional licenses or reclaiming under-used licenses.
You also have the option of importing licensable software records from the Ivanti Neurons Platform. These records import into two places—the Software Assets workspace > Installations tab for a manufacturer and the Hardware Assets workspace > Licensable Software tab for individual devices. For details, see Importing from the Ivanti Neurons Platform.
Contract Manager or Procurement Manager user roles have access to this workspace, as do the Asset Administrator and Asset Manager roles.
