Browsing classifications in the knowledge database
Documents that you have added to the knowledge database are stored in folders that you have specified within the Knowledge Management Administration component.
To browse classifications within the knowledge database:
Start the Knowledge Management Search component.
In the Search Criteria panel, select the Search only in classifications check box. The Classifications tree appears.
Navigate to the required folder, then on the Actions list, click Browse Classifications. A list of all of the documents within that path appears.
Double-click the required document. The document opens in the appropriate application.
The nodes of the Classifications tree show how many items there are to be searched at each branch. If you use knowledge domains (see Knowledge domains), only those branches that your current group are entitled to view appear in the tree.
