Troubleshooting CSID Updates

If attempts to update the CSID fail due to connection or communication errors, or attempts to contribute to the CSID fail after a period of time is spent scanning the desired machine, make sure http://www.apptria.com is not being blocked.

If http://www.apptria.com is not being blocked and you're still unable to update or contribute to the CSID, contact us.

You can also manually download and install CSID updates.
