Purchasing User Policies Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to enable Purchasing user policies.
By default, the Purchasing user policies feature is not enabled. If you want to enable this feature, be aware that the first user who enables Purchasing user policies becomes the Purchasing administrator, with Purchasing administrator privileges.
This dialog box has one option: Enable Purchasing user policies. Mark this option if you want to choose which users have access to Purchasing. (If it is not checked, all users have access to it.) Once you enable this feature, you can select the hyperlink at the bottom of this dialog box to open Purchasing, where you can use the Administration tab to create access profiles that control who has access to purchasing records.
