HR Workspaces
The HR-specific workspaces in Ivanti Neurons for ITSM cater to HR roles and functions, each workspace has a different function. The workspaces are visible to you and accessible by you are configured by your organization's Administrator or HR Administrator based on your user role and responsibilities.

•HR Case - Employee grievances are logged as HR Cases. A case owner is assigned to resolve it.
•HR Requests - Employee Service Requests that are specific to the HR department are logged as HR Requests. An owner is assigned to track all required approvals, tasks and finally fulfill the request.
•Task (HR Task and HR External Task) - All HR cases and requests will have tasks added to resolve and fulfill the case or request. These tasks could be for the HR team or non-HR teams.
•HR Approvals - Approvals required to fulfill HR-specific requests are tracked.
•HR Announcement - Announcements from the HR department can be created by the HR Administrator or HR Manager.
