Version 2023.1
Ivanti Neurons for Discovery

Several performance improvements have been made to Discovery Scans.
Previously, when trying to scan large IP ranges, Ivanti Neurons for Discovery active scanning would attempt to scan every device, irrespective of whether a device was online. This could cause scans to take longer than necessary. Active scans have now been optimized to skip offline devices that can't be reached.
In addition, multiple scans are now run in parallel, rather than sequentially, to provide faster results.
Example scan performance results have been added to the Help to aid planning of discovery configurations to ensure efficient performance. See Discovery Scans Performance Data.

In previous versions of Ivanti Neurons for Discovery, deployment of agents via Agent Policy would fail when target endpoints were located on a different subnet to that of the Deployment Representative.
You can now set a default Deployment Representative and have that deploy agents to endpoints on different subnet. In addition, it is also possible to specify a specific Deployment Representative to use per Policy Group, or choose to have the nearest local deployment representative to be responsible for deployment, when a Policy Group contains endpoints on many different subnets. This provides more flexible deployment options and results in less management overhead.

The Catchpoint Connector is designed to get device, network, and application performance data from Catchpoint for the past 7 days. This data is then leveraged in a device's DEX score, along with several other data points. A deep link back to Catchpoint is also generated to let you further diagnose network and application performance issues. See Catchpoint connector - BETA.

New toggles have been added to the Device Reconciliation Smart Advisor to make it easier to toggle data sources back and forth.

You can now import users from Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, as well as filter on user status, device status, and device type. See Ivanti Neurons for ITSM connector.
Ivanti Neurons for Edge Intelligence

Potentially unwanted applications (PUA) are programs that can cause computers to slow down, display ads, and/or cause security issues. This query provides an overview of which devices have reputation-based protection against PUA's enabled or disabled, or if this protection is not supported by the operating system.

It is now possible to review all device drivers installed on a single device. You can also request an overview of all devices that currently have device driver issues.

An additional property called Domain has been added to the Agent overview. This will show the domain membership per device and whether the device is able to connect to that domain.

Geo scoping is now available on the Edge Intelligence agent overview. This functionality allows you to select a group of devices on the map by selecting an area. After the selection is done, only devices in the selected area will return results when performing follow-up queries.

The internet latency query has been updated to include a new category called Not reachable, Devices that could not reach the specified target are listed in this category.

New drill-down options are available when viewing Logon Session Details. You can now drill down into the User Profile Size and Startup Items queries, when viewing a specific logon session.
Ivanti Neurons for Healing

You can now specify multiple values when configuring the App State and Service State stages in Ivanti Neurons for Healing.
Ivanti Neurons for Patch Intelligence

Ivanti Neurons Patch for Intune enhanced to bring in missing patch data for devices. Missing patch data is now visible in the My Environment view of Patch Intelligence.
Ivanti Neurons for Patch Management

New Compliance Reporting view supports the creation and management of Compliance Reports per Neurons Policy Groups. With a quick glance, you can instantly determine your current compliance status and see how the configured Policy Groups are trending over time. Compliance Reports can be configured to report against selected VRR Score, CVSS Score, patch severity, and/or patch group. See Compliance Reporting.

New Patch Management API provides support for patch reporting with third-party reporting tools, so you can capture, track, and communicate out the current vulnerability posture and impact of patch management actions. Learn more about the Ivanti Neurons API capabilities, including the Patch Management API. Access the Ivanti Developer Hub to leverage the Patch Management API for reporting in third-party tools.

Take a quick action for a selected set of devices in the Endpoint Vulnerability view to quickly understand the latest patch data with Scan now or to deploy a set of patches in order to address business threats through immediate patch deployment with Deploy missing patches and Deploy by Patch Group.

Ability to now Deploy by Patch Group in the Actions menu to support the quick deployment of a set of patches to a selected set of devices in the Endpoint Vulnerability view. Quickly address critical business threats through immediate patch deployment and remediation in the Endpoint Vulnerability view.

Patch scan frequency updated to scan daily so that you can quickly take patch deployment actions needed to remediate newly identified risks in your environment.
Ivanti Neurons Patch for Intune (formerly Ivanti Neurons Patch for MEM)

Ivanti Neurons Patch for MEM is now Ivanti Neurons Patch for Intune to reflect the shift in Microsoft's marketing focus on the Intune brand for cloud products. The Patch for Intune shortcut is now under Patch Management in the sidebar.

Applications that are supported by Ivanti for patching, but which must be downloaded from a customer account rather than being publicly available, can now be packaged and uploaded to Intune by the customer. See Manage Sideloads.

Managed applications now contain links for navigation directly to Patch Intelligence for additional research and investigation.

Third-party applications can now be deployed in a similar fashion to operating systems' 'ringed rollouts' and use several of the parameters and concepts from the current Intune model. See Rollout Campaigns.
Ivanti Neurons Platform

It is now possible to configure Ivanti Neurons to log in users via PING One as an authentication provider for single sign-on. See PingOne Authentication (OIDC).
Ivanti Neurons for Spend Intelligence

Dashboards that already exist elsewhere have been removed and drill-downs have been added as the amount of visual clutter was often confusing to customers. See License Manager.

Definitions have been added to the Applications Usage Chart and a Vendor column added to the SaaS Applications Summary table. See SaaS Management.

A new page has been added to the Help that guides users through the processes required to get to an initial result while learning some of the concepts involved. See Getting Started with Spend Intelligence.
Ivanti Neurons for Workspace

As the number of our custom actions grow, it has become necessary to better organize the custom action list. To do this we have alphabetized the custom actions and have provided a brief description of the action as the user hovers over it.

New DEX score for users (People) introduced, to help you measure and quantify their digital experiences. Ranged between 0 and 100, People DEX Score is calculated from the scores of the devices the users own; such as device, network, and application performance, and the incidents they submitted.
Key features:
- DEX Score column.
- DEX Score tile added to People Overview page, where a summary of the potential issues and recommended actions can be seen.
- The Devices tile under the People Overview tab now displays the DEX Score for each device.
- DEX Score tab added to provide a per-device breakdown. In this tab you can view the DEX Score and recommendations for each of the devices the user owns. The Service Management tile in this tab provides additional insights on how the incident sentiment, number of days open, urgency and priority affect the DEX Score.
