AI Generated Summary
The AI Generated Summary provides fully automated analysis of surveys conducted using Neurons Bots.
The AI generated summaries become available after ten or more responses from either the survey rating or survey sentiment stages.
The summary uses all responses, regardless of time and custom filters that have been applied.
Additionally, for sentiment questions with free-text responses, there will be a separate sentiment-aligned topic that can be clicked to filter out the rating and the results.
For information about AI usage in Ivanti Neurons, see Artificial Intelligence usage.
The AI-Generated Summary is not yet available for tenants in the FRU landscape.
Breaking down displayed results
At the bottom-right of the main chart are controls that enable you to break down the data in the summary.
-
Use Split on metadata to select an aspect by which to split the results, for example: a person's department.
By default this is set to No Split. -
Use Time Granularity to set the interval on which to aggregate results, for example: per week.
By default this is set to Auto Detect.
Questions asked
The Questions asked section is populated with the questions that were included in the MS Teams Rating Stage settings. The survey responses to the questions are provided in graphical format.
The same settings as used for the main chart apply: results time period, filter, Split on metadata, and Time Granularity.
Use and to toggle between horizontal and vertical view of the breakdown.
Switching between these views can also change how the results are broken down, for example: by score or by date.
