Automated round-trip request fulfillment

This chapter describes how to configure automated round-trip request fulfillment in Service Desk or Asset Manager. This enables you to design Request processes that integrate with Ivanti Process Manager (LPM), which then fulfills the request and reports back to Service Desk or Asset Manager, so that the Request process can be completed.
